I could not have navigated the process alone
I am not one to leave recommendations, but in this case I feel Mr. Byers deserves all of the positive praise I can share. He was recommended to me by a colleague and the recommendation proved to be a godsend! The Medicaid process is confusing and difficult to navigate without expert assistance. Mr. Byers made the process much more manageable. He took the lead, handled all of the paperwork and correspondence. My case proved to be more challenging than usual and he never wavered. Despite the many months of waiting and the miles of government red-tape, Mr. Byers helped me to get my husband's case approved.
